1. Scope of Repair Services

DubaiFixing provides professional on-site diagnostic and repair services for household electrical and gas appliances, including washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, cooking ranges, and washer dryers across Dubai communities.

2. Diagnostics & Transparent Quotations

• Our certified technician will inspect your appliance on-site and diagnose the fault.
• Before starting any repair work, the technician will present a clear, itemized quote for parts and labor.
• If you approve the quotation, the repair work will proceed immediately. If you choose not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis, a minimal diagnostic inspection fee applies.

3. Repair Warranty & Genuine Parts

• All original replacement parts installed during a repair carry a comprehensive service warranty (ranging from 90 days up to 1 year depending on component type).
• The repair warranty covers defects in installed replacement parts and workmanship performed by Dubai Fix technicians.
• The warranty does not cover pre-existing faults, physical damage, voltage fluctuations, water damage, or misuse by the user.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion and successful testing of the repair service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and direct bank transfers in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

5. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Customers may reschedule or cancel their appointment free of charge by notifying our dispatch helpline via call or WhatsApp at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled technician arrival window.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
